For physical merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Ensure your item is a physical product in its original packaging or a digital product that has not yet been downloaded or activated within 14 days of purchase.
Submit a Support Ticket
Contact our support team through the official help desk with your order number and the specific reason for your return or exchange request.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for physical items.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
