How do I receive my software after purchasing?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an automated email containing your download links and license keys. You can also access your purchases at any time by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital software and downloadable content, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been activated. We recommend trying our free trials before making a purchase.
Are JST plugins compatible with my DAW?
Our plugins are compatible with most major DAWs including Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton Live, and FL Studio. We support VST, AU, and AAX formats on both Windows and macOS.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes, most JST licenses allow for up to three concurrent activations for personal use, allowing you to use your tools on your studio desktop and your mobile laptop simultaneously.
